Privacy notice for the bqto Pro waitlist

Who is responsible
Pilef Systems S.L. (pilef.co), NIF B26686436, Plaza de la Pau 2, 4th floor, door 7, 46120 Alboraya, Valencia, Spain, registered in the Registro Mercantil de Valencia, Sección 8, Hoja V-233827, is the controller of the data you send with the waitlist form. Write to hello@pilef.co about anything in this notice.
What we collect
Only what you type or pick in the form:
- the email of the Google account you use in Google Cloud;
- the email of a service account you want to use bqto Pro with, if you give it;
- your company name, if you give it;
- the bqto Pro features you want to use;
- your company size and your role;
- your message, if you write one;
- that you agreed to this notice, and when you sent the form.
Why
We use your answers to give your Google account access to download bqto Pro during the beta, to email you about your access and about bqto Pro, and to decide which features to work on first. We do not sell your data or use it for ads.
Legal basis
Your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you give with the checkbox in the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us. That does not affect what we did before you withdrew it.
Where your data is stored
The form is a Google Form. Your answers are stored in Google Forms and Google Sheets in Pilef's Google Workspace account, where Google acts as our processor. Your browser sends the form straight to Google, so Google also receives your IP address and browser details with the request. Only the people at Pilef who run the beta can read the answers.
Google may process your data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Those transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the Standard Contractual Clauses in Google's data processing terms.
To give you access, we add your email, and the service account if you gave one, to the access policy of the Google Cloud project that holds bqto Pro. We remove them when the beta ends or when you ask.
How long we keep it
Until one month after the bqto Pro beta ends, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. When the beta ends, we also remove the access to download bqto Pro.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your data, to limit how we use it, or to send it to you in a common format. You can object to how we use it and withdraw your consent. Write to hello@pilef.co. If you write from the email you signed up with, we can find your answers faster. We answer within one month.
If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the data protection authority of the EU country where you live or work.
No tracking, no cookies
This site has no analytics, no trackers and no cookies.
It keeps two items in your browser's local storage, only to do what you asked:
bqto-waitlist: that you joined the waitlist, with the email you sent, so the page shows you are on the list when you come back;bqto-theme: your light, dark or system theme, if you picked one.
They stay on your device and are never sent to us. To clear them, delete this site's data in your browser settings.
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare may keep technical logs of each visit, such as your IP address, the time and the page you asked for, to keep the service secure. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
